- Do you have an office I can visit?
- We are a service-area business rather than a storefront, so there is no walk-in address. We come to you when a project needs it and the rest runs remotely.
- Do you only take work in Northwest Indiana?
- No. NWI and Chicagoland are where we are and where most clients are, but the work itself is not geographically limited.
- What if my town has no page here?
- Book a call. A city page exists where we had something specific to say about that market. Its absence is not a coverage boundary.
- Who actually does the work?
- The same people the whole way through. There is no handoff to a junior team you never met once the contract is signed.
- How long does a site take?
- Scope decides it. Five to eight pages with contact forms and the local search groundwork done properly is a small project. Booking, payments, a member area, or an integration with software you already run makes it a larger one. Either way you see the estimate before the work starts.
- Is there a monthly fee?
- No. Hours are billed at a locked rate and do not expire, so you pay for work when you need it instead of carrying a retainer through the quiet months.
